I purchased military face mask, order number ************* from this online retailer, on March 11, 2020,which I listed to be located in New Rochelle, telephone number 914-265-2119 I never received the item, although the item has been entirely paid for. The email on file to check the status of the order is a scam, the number listed is always busy and i get no reply from the email listed.. I am so upset by this, and I want my item or for the company to issue me a refund, which seems impossible, they have taken advantage of military and veteran personnel.
