Ossee uses a credit cart to purchase digital goods online and once he has received the files he will file a chargeback through his credit cart company claiming the purchase wasn’t authorized by him.
When I contacted him and let him know I was going to take legal action he promised he would pay the money back via Paypal manually and apologized telling me he filed the chargeback on accident.
I gave him a deadline until which he would have to send me the money but he didn’t follow through instead pleading to me to give him more time, after that he vanished.
