I ordered a Deluxe Sleep Box on 11/25/2019. I never received the box and sent in several emails asking for the delivery and now refund of the box.
On 11/25/2019, I placed an order for the Deluxe Sleep Safe Baby Box for $35.99. I received a confirmation email, and the money was taken from my bank account. Nearly a month had past and I still hadn’t received my package. I decided to email The Baby Box Co. on 12/22/2019 because I never received a "Your package is on its way" email. I did however, received an email back from the company stating; "Hello! Thank you for reaching out. Apologies — we are unable to respond to every query at this time due to some staffing changes. We’ll prioritize questions about purchased orders and be in touch within 30 days." I emailed 3 more times afterwards and received the same email every time. The last email was sent 2/8/2020 asking for a full refund as months have passed and still no product!
