Ordered fetal doppler (for monitoring fetal heartbeat) from on April 13 based on a Facebook Ad advertising 50% off. Never received tracking info. Emailed support April 21. Was told they would reach out to me with tracking info. Did not reach out. Emailed support again April 29. Received response May 1 saying they are having trouble getting shipping information from courrier because of Covid-19 but that they would send it when they could. They never sent it. I emailed again May 13 asking to cancel the order because it had been a month and I still did not receive tracking information. Received this response: Thanks for writing in! I understand you’d like to know the status of your package.

To treat this matter with the utmost importance, I’ve personally checked our records and I can confirm that your order has already shipped and it’s on it’s way to you. Below are the shipping details including your tracking number and link to the USPS website where you can track your package.

USPS Tracking Number:

Order #8207 – 9200190265114435904650

Order #8208 – Tracking still pending

USPS Website:

Due to the coronavirus pandemic affecting everyone, please expect precautionary measures added to the delivery services. Tracking number updates from the USPS website will also be longer than normal during this time. Please note that we do not have any control over the shipping process of USPS, so we strongly encourage you to check the status from the USPS website often, as that information is the same information we’re going to give you, should you contact us by email.

Also, while waiting for your item to arrive, you may check our FAQ portal for more details on the Fetal Doppler and tips on how to use it.

I trust this information proves helpful.

We greatly appreciate you and hope you stay safe during this time.

Best Regards,

TheBabyBloom™ Support

Upon checking tracking information, USPS website lists it as pre-shipment with the label having been created on May 13. This is when I decided this is a scam–labels are created to create tracking information when customers try to cancel orders, but the items never go out. Seller probably never pays the post office for the shipping either. Requested refund again. Awaiting reply.
