Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a Harry Potter acceptance letter, for my daughter’s birthday, through an ad found on Instagram. Thatlovelystore.com did not ever send the product. They charged my debit card $33.17 for the product. When it never came, I found a phone number online of 1-707-670-3040 that was said to do refunds for thatlovelystore.com. When I called them, they tried to hack my computer and email. They wanted to take control of my computer so that they could send me a file to "fill out for a refund request." As I was on the phone call with them, they tried to place fraudulent charges through my debit card, saying that they needed the card that the purchase was made with. When I saw the charges on my online banking, they said "it is for advertising." They tried to hack my email, a paypal account and a gmail account. When confronting them, they said "if you don’t give me access to your computer, then we can’t refund you anything" and hung up.
