Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased online through their website, 8 tickets for an escape room that was supposed to occur on Nov.24,2018. Initially I called the number on their website to ask about age limits and at that time a woman answered to provide information. They had good ratings so I went ahead and booked paying with PayPal. I received a confirmation email stating I would receive tickets via email, and a couple of days after I did. The day comes around and I gathered everyone together at this building. We enter and find a set up for an escape room, but the place was empty except for a room down the hall of a hair studio where the lady tells me we are the first people she has seen inquiring about the escape room. Nobody ever showed up. I’ve called with no answers, left voicemails and an email with no replys.
