I purchased a pdf version of a textbook I needed from Textbookshut.com. The description promised an immediate pdf download after making my purchase. This did not occur and I assumed it was a mistake so I emailed the company. Three days later and I have received no response. Once again I have contacted the "company." I investigated a bit myself and discovered the address goes to a suburb in Fort Worth, the phone number does not call any sort of ostensible company, and the website has several typos. All highly suspicious. I would like a way to either receive my product or a refund.
