I order 3 custom Christmas sweatshirts. They said they were delivered and they were not. I was home all day when they said it was delivered, via email. I’ve tried to call 6 times. When I do, it automatically puts me on hold and then 20minutes in, it says no representative is available to help. I’ve emailed numerous, numerous, times. I always get the same automated email. No one has gotten back with me, whatsoever!
