Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a bracelet from a Facebook posting that stated, " free, just pay shipping" of $9.99. The transaction came out of my bank account from "Teeblaze" a few days later. After a few weeks I received an email from Teehood that my order would be shipped soon, followed by an email from Teeblaze that my order shipped August 2nd, which included a tracking number that turned out not to exist. I contacted [email protected] as per the Facebook posting, and received a reply that my order didn’t "push through" and to "click on the link below to complete the order". I did so, to find that my address was completely wrong, even the state, and that I was being asked to submit my payment information again. I replied to the email stating that I had already been charged, and received a response that they now have no record of my order, and to send proof of payment. I sent a copy of my bank statement, to which they replied that I didn’t order from Teehood, I ordered from Teeblaze, who is not affiliated with Teehood. I replied to my one email from Teeblaze and received no response. I researched the company to find that they appear not to exist. I then emailed Teehood demanding either a refund or the bracelet, and received no response. I commented on the Facebook posting, which was removed and I was blocked from commenting again. Several other people have posted comments with similar experiences as mine. Strangely, a friend of mine also ordered the same bracelet a few days before me and received it. Apparently they are scamming some people but not others.
