Consumer was on computer, Windows 10, and got a pop up message saying she had serious problems with her computer & she needed to contact Techno Trinity for help. She called them & they gave her some things to do & now she cannot use her computer at all. Has taken to Tech Support specialist & they can’t even reformat the computer.
