On May 25, 2020 I saw an add on Facebook about an acoustic guitar pickup for $14. I clicked on it and proceeded to purchase said pickup, totaling $19. I used Paypal. I never received item. I have emailed them several times. Each time they tell me that it’s in the mail. Since July I have been asking for a refund and they ignore me. I recently contacted Paypal and they aren’t helping.
