I received an email from "TECH SUPPORT HELP" thanking me for my first payment of $399.99, saying that the payment had already been deducted form my account. When I called the number on the email, a guy answered and said he needed me to log into my computer in order to cancel it. I told him where to shove it and hung up. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED.
