This scam happened on my computer and it showed up at as virus or malware problem. They told me that they could fix the problem online. They even showed me what might have been my hard drive on my computer. When problem was fixed they couldn’t just take my card number and that I had to sitting in front of my computer. So at that I thought it was funny that couldn’t do it over the phone
