while surfing the internet, my wife’s computer became frozen, when a new tab containing a notice using the Microsoft logo appeared on the screen and a recording warned not to turn computer off, as they would disrupt computer function. I could not leave their screen by clicking other website tabs; a phone # was provided to call "tech support". I called, and the first operator was uncooperative, lying that they were indeed Microsoft. When I persisted he used the "F" word. I called again and the lady who answered was more cooperative. She told me the company’s name was Tech Achievers, located in California. She would not provide any other info. when I asked for her company’s address. She then started to ask me for information. I said good bye and hung up.

A pop up on my computer screen said I had problems with my computer. I called the number I was given. I was told it was a Trojan virus, I had 26 other viruses and someone from Texas was trying to gain access to my computer. Mathew Rogers is who I talked to at 18444155458 and his badge number is PEC6307.
