I called the number on the screen and the man helping me said yes, my computer would crash because of all the viruses. He told me he was in Atlanta Ga but his family was in India. He convinced me to sign up for support from Microsoft for 2 years and gave me his phone nmber, direct line for any problems. I have since canceled my credit card I used and refused to pay the charge. He has been calling me every day since April 19. I have asked him for his physical address so I can check his company for legitimacy and he would only give me a web site. The company that was going to charge my credit card is called BEFOUND TECHNOLOGIES. The company the caller said he worked with is Tech 365. The web site is [email protected] . The phone number given is 888-292-7838. I checked with Best Buy the next day and they could find no evidence of a legit business. They cleaned up my computer and I have canceled the charge and that credit card. The charge had not been posted when I called the credit card company.
