Total money lost $200

At some point,I had a computer problem. I received a flashing notice that my IP address had been compromised. $199.00 was spent on what was identified as windows resolution center. Also on the phone self-identified as microsoft support. Then , I found out this company was ,in fact, teamviewer. There was also another identified problem, that they couldn’t resolve. They refused repayment. I currently receive calls from them offering to refund the money if I allow them to use some remote interface along with bank information. I know that this scam company was looking to make a withdrawal rather than a deposit. It has been over 2 years and suddenly they want to pay me back after refusal. they are so earnest they continuously call me through the year. they are always blocked from future calls but they keep my records on file and call from other numbers.
