Husband got a call claiming my husband owed over $1000.00 for a magazine and he needed to pay 383.89 to get clear this debt and cancel the magazine. The man would not give my husband any info. he ask for. I got on the phone as my husband was getting no info from the guy. He told me same info. above. I ask for the company name and his name. He was continuously interrupting me going back the his info. Finally got a name Jeremiah Harrington and the company was TCC Magazine, which I’m sure was bogus. I mentioned contacting the BBB and he got very hostile and said I should obtain a lawyer. . My understanding if a bill is ever outstanding companies turn it over to a collection agency. My husband has been scammed before and lost money with same type scam
