Type of a scam Government Grant
I was getting messages from an account that appeared to be my friend, but I could tell by the grammar errors it was not him. So I played along and he sent me the link to a facebook account and told me that I could get a $30,000 grant by sending $1000 to this guy for some kind of IFC program grant. I think you are already aware of it but here is at least one account that seems to be involved in this scam
