I have received 4 solicitations from this company about a property owned by my mother after she passed on claiming it has been foreclosed on and sold and there may be excess funds. In fact the property is occupied by my sister and has never been foreclosed. In a best case scenario this is harassment. In the worst case it is attempted fraud.
