Someone called me today stating that i had a warrant out for my arrest for missing a jury summons. Caller stated that due to a constable not being able to reach me on the second attempt that a warrant was issued. i received a court document in person previously however, i didn’t call. Now i’m being told that i have a warrant for "failure to appear in court for a jury summons". I was told I could either turn myself in at 200 Taylor street to be arrested or i could go to Kroger and spend $2000 for a surety bond.
