This is a scam, I ordered bedding, but didn’t double-check on the authenticity of the site until it was too late. Anyway, I ordered bedding, and I work nights and my wife works from home due to the pandemic, so we are home all day every day, so we can accept any delivery. Well, it’s taking awhile to get the shipment, so I look at the tracking, apparently it stated had been delivered…it clearly did not. When I contacted their customer service they took the side of the mail carrier stating it was delivered. Don’t order from here.

I ordered a bedding set from this site in November 2020. It took 4 weeks to get here because it was shipped directly from China. My only complaint is that when I received my order, it became clear to me that this wasn’t the normal bedding set. It is two pillowcases and a blanket cover. So what I thought was a comforter was not true. You have to put a blanket in the blanket cover for it to be functional. So I felt that was misleading. Of course, there are no returns and I agree that although their website lists California as their address, they are really based in China. The product seems to be good quality but again, their product info was misleading.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I believe this website is trying to scam. I have no hard facts, however it seems extremely fishy. There are no reviews for the website or any of their products. I emailed them to ask them a question about shipping at 11 a.m, they didnt email me back until after 11p.m. This website claims to be in California. I would imagine, they would have emailed me back during the day like any other legit store. Also, I tried to call the contact number before I emailed them, it rang a couple of times then went to a voicemail from Google stating "the google subscriber you are trying to call is not available, please leave a message after the tone." I found another website that offered a product similar to the one I was going to buy from them, I looked the website over and their "about us" page said the exact same thing as the one I was originally going to order from. I checked this website on scamadviser.com and there are several negative highlights. One of them, and the one that stuck out to me the most, is that their websites setup involves four countries. I decided not to order from them. If you are considering on doing so, I would proceed with caution.
