This company offers a free cup with a 6.95 shipping fee. As soon as you pay the shipping fee another charge will appear within the week for 29.95, you re then required to call the company because they don’t have any other means to help you. From there it’s answered like a house phone, they have attitude and they give you no cancelation code other than to say ya its canceled. They offer discounts first and then try to get you to buy another cup, we want our money not another cup. So from there I had to contact the bank and then contact the company again to try and get a cancelation code, they dont do that was the reply. Then a few weeks later after I had already filied a dispute and my bank fixed it, I have another charge appear for 39.95 and I went through process again, my bank suggested a new debit card and I agreed, so I was refunded for the amounts and the debit card fee.

Company offers cup for only shipping and handling. Says website states that you will be charged $39.95 after 7 day trial. Customer Service Supervisor stayed its on the side of every page. Well, that may be true if you’re on a desktop computer but their mobile site says nothing about this charge! The supervisor was not willing to help even though I emailed twice before it shipped and asked my order be cancelled. Only to get an automated answer to call. I emailed a second time and explained that I would like to cancel online as this is the way I placed the order. I was unable to be in the phone during business ours. I asked them to send me a paid postage to return the cup. He refused. I should not incur more costs due to their deceptive marketing. I have seen hundreds of complaints, bad reviews and scam alerts. As a resolution, I want them to honor the deal they advertised. The cup for shipping costs ONLY!

I ordered based on $6.95 deal. 3 weeks later they charged me another $39.99 causing a $36 overdraft fee. When I called the number listed on my bank account, I spoke with 3 different people who lied about being the highest person I could speak with, not knowing who the president of the company was, where the executive offices were located and the biggest was that it said on the website that if wasn’t happy and notified them within 7 days, I would be charged the additional funds. I pose to you a) why would I not call if I was going to be charged an additional $40, and b) why wouldn’t I purchase a tumbler that actually holds ice for 24 hours for less than 1/2 the price? When I asked for a refund, I was told every reason why they couldn’t give one to me. When I pressed them on not being advised of the non existent small print, they said it was on the website. I confirmed, no, it was not. They then tell me once I submit my payment, that confirmation screen advises they must be contacted within 7 days to avoid additional charges. This was not the case for me, and I am not about to give them more money to prove whether it is indeed there NOW. When I explained there was nothing I had or could get without repurchasing to show this disclaimer, I was told they don’t include it in the order email confirmation. Now that I’m researching there are no areas where they don’t have similar complaints. Also, as a side note, their product does not do what it says. It holds ice for about 4 hours like any other glass/container.
