Martín Mungia drove here to look at mobile home that I needed repaired. He told me that he could fix it. Said it would be 950.00. Made out contract. Said it would be 450.00. Deposit. I told him I only has 300.00. He gave me receipt he said he would be here to fix in 3 days. Never came. I would call him to bring me money back cause I realized he was never gonna do work. He kept giving me excuses a different one everyday. He never gave money back never did work. He finally told me to forget about money and to quit bothering him. I did report him to local police department.
