The company is T C Designs its shows on Facebook the address is in Atlanta, Ga. Shows on their website a different city in GA. I ordered from them 1st week of September. 4 outfits that they said would be received the beginning of October. Contacted serval times and all I was told is that it shipped and I should have gotten a tracking email. I never got my order or a tracking email. They read my messages online and never reply. I commented along with Serval others on there page and they would be answering people that was interested in making purchases, while ignoring those of us asking about our orders or refunds. I have continuously ask about my order and their other day was told "hold on while I check that order." And nothing else was ever saidZ today they said give me 30 mins an ill have an answer for you. It’s been over 3 hours and still nothingZ these were thanksgiving and Christmas outfits and one has passed and the family photos I had scheduled I had to rebut for because of this… I for one want to get a refund and 2nd I want to stop these people from stealing people’s money and getting a way with it.
