Consumer was called from someone at 412-924-8279, claiming she owed a late payment from November for $56.93 with Sylvania Hills Memorial Park. She does in fact have an account with Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, and they informed her that does not owe a late payment and they don’t know who called her. Consumer stated that $56.93 is her actual and I informed her to contact Sylvania Hills to find out how an outside entity was made aware of her payment amount.
