Pretty much the same as everyone else. The Switch Inc website looks very good so I purchased a Nintendo Switch for my son with the 2 day shipping. I got a PayPal reciept but no other info. I then emailed them a day later for tracking info. Email is no good, thats when I started my research and found this to be a scam. I’m noq trying to recoup my $ if at all possible.
I just tried to buy a Switch from them last night, then thankfully attempted to email “support” and Yahoo basically told me the email didn’t exist. The address turned out to be a house for sale, and the phone number does not work. I immediately called my mother, who took steps right away to cancel her card and inform her bank. The payment was still pending, so I hope to God we get the money back or I’m down $200, and on Disability… it takes a long time to save up that much.

My experience has been very similar to the other posts. Ordered a refurbished Nintendo Switch including 2 day shopping on 9/12/2020 for $199.99. Paid using PayPal. Printed the order confirmation but, have never received any emails regaring the status of the order. Have not received the item and have been unable to contact the seller to check the order status. As of today, the website says ‘Under Construction’. Submitted a claim with PayPal today, 9/21/2020.
Good luck with PayPal. I’m still in a dispute with them bc they say that Switch Inc has provided tracking info for my order. PLEASE! It was ordered in July, never could get in touch with the online store to ask about confirmation, tracking, etc. Then I filed a complaint with PayPal and asked for a refund. Two months later they closed my dispute/case and said that they had tracking info. Such a scam and PayPal should be ashamed they aren’t fixing this.

I found out the phone number and address is no good plus they sent me a fake PayPal receipt to my email. I trying to get my money back thru my bank. Buyer beware this site looks really legit. These lowlifes did the same to me. I filed a dispute with my bank first even though I went through PayPal. The bank ruled in my favored and I also asked for a form (not sure the proper name) to block them from trying to recover the funds. They stated like everyone else after the fact they sent a product. For the $224.98 I paid them I expected my product and not a $2.00 phone case. I guess my iPhone is on the way separately (sarcasm) I sent my email trail and a copy of complaints from the website regarding this company. I deal with enough disputes in my job field I know how this work. Good luck to anyone trying to get there money back. Unfortunately these [censored] will continue to try to take advantage of people. This same exact thing happened to my son. Purchased a refurbished Nintendo Switch from “Best Online Shop” on 6/5/20 for $199 through PayPal. We never received information that the item was sent, so we sent the company an email demanding the order be cancelled and that we wanted a refund. We never heard back, so I filed a dispute with PayPal on 7/5/20. We waited patiently as PayPal sent several notices that they were reviewing our case, that they were waiting for a response from “Best Online Shop” and would review and update me. They gave me a case resolution date of 8/11, then pushed it to 8/27, then to 9/7. Yesterday I received an email from Pay Pal stating my case was denied and they stated: “This decision was made because we received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered.” I was livid! I remembered a few weeks ago we received a package the size of a pack of pop tarts that had a mobile game handle in it. I had no idea who it was from as the return address was not from anything I recognized. For a moment I thought could “Best Online Shop” really have sent this piece of plastic instead of a Switch? It wasn’t until I found this site that I realized how awful and true it was! I called Pay Pal tonight and told them exactly what was sent and that if the tracking number was valid, the item definitely was not and that I needed to be refunded for the item. I also mentioned this site and said that dozens of people have filed complaints about this company that purchased the same item and received the same junk in its place. PayPal did say they would refund the price. Please let your credit card companies/banks know about all of these complaints (print them and submit them if needed) provide pics/video of the item you receive that shows the tracking info. I hope you each do get your deserved refunds and that these scammers are caught and stopped.

I paid for a Switch in June 2020. I emailed the vendor at [email protected] on July 7 and received an autoreply message saying my item had been shipped, which is obviously a lie. I found all the msgs on this website and decided I wasn’t going to give the vendor a chance to send me a decoy item, so I opened filed a complaint with PayPal and what did they do? THEY contacted the vendor and they’re waiting on those criminals to provide additional information, and I can’t even add additional information to the claim. As far as I’m concerned, PayPal is partly responsible because they allow this thief to use their platform to steal money from people. PayPal has to be fully aware that the account is used to steal money. There has to have been hundreds of complaints filed. The details I have for the vendor are as follows.

HEY PAYPAL- NEWSFLASH! THE [email protected] ACCOUNT has stolen thousands of dollars from YOUR customers using YOUR PLATFORM. And when YOUR customers reached out to YOU for help, you do a gross disservice to them and fail to reconcile the theft of their money. Because PAYPAL is paid in some form or another by the account(s) receiving the stolen money, PAYPAL is partly culpable.
I will be filing a report against PayPal with the BBB. Is there anyone keeping a record of all the people PayPal has helped Switch Inc Store rob? Are there any attorneys involved? Seems that the dollar amount is high enough to warrant criminal charges against [email protected] and PAYPAL.
I’m in the state of Arizona. The attorney general here isn’t worth a lick so I’m not even going to bother with them. I’d like to see updates on all the stories I’ve read here.

I ordered a Nintendo Switch Lite on July 7th, 2020 and it is now August 27th, 2020 and still no switch! I have no idea who to even contact, but I am very angry and would like my money back. I should have know it was a bad site to order from seeing as when I did email them for tracking information, they provided nothing.
Ordered Nintendo Switch 7-7-20 days the order went through 7-8-20. It is 8-25-20 I have sent emails called a number still have not received system. Not a happy camper. My son asked for 1 thing for his golden birthday 7-10-20 and he has yet to receive it. Obviously I am not a happy camper. I am a single mother of 2. Unemployed since April due to pandemic I do not have $200 to just give away. I don’t know what to do! Don’t dispute it through PayPal. Dispute it with the bank you use for PayPal. Send a copy of complaints and your email trail. Good Luck
I did receive an email saying due to COVID there would be a delay. Called a number but never got an answer. Now I can’t even find the number to try again. Extremely pissed!
I ordered a Nintendo Switch Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Set for $299 from Switch Inc Store on July 3rd, with 2-day free shipping via PayPal. When it didn’t arrive in the expected 2 days, I tried to reach them. When no response or contact was made, I reached out to PayPal on July 7th, (after belatedly doing my research) and finding out this was a scam offer. I asked for a full refund. They responded to PayPal on July 12th, stating the order was on its way and provided a tracking number.
It turned out they mailed a plastic ‘Mobile Game handle‘ (worth a dollar or two at most!) on July 9th – 2 days AFTER I requested a full refund to cancel this bogus order, and which arrived on August 6th. I disputed the charge, and they answered my dispute by stating they DID indeed send me a Nintendo Switch, and provided a tracking number as proof. Now I have the burden of proving this was not the item I received. This company is completely fraudulent. Beware, you will not receive your item and they will pursue payment even after a dispute is filed! TOTAL SCAM artists… prepare to be completely frustrated and ripped off. The photo shows the piece of junk I received in lieu of a Nintendo Switch Game System.
Please see the post I just made above (KW123). I was so upset when PayPal said my case was denied due to the fact that they received shipment tracking from the merchant that the item was delivered. I called them and said that they delivered an item and it has a tracking number but it was a piece of plastic and not the Nintendo switch game that my son ordered. I mentioned this site and they put me on hold to see if there were any complaints out on the company and came back after a few moments and said they would refund the full amount and I received an email within 5 minutes saying I would receive the refund. It is so infuriating that people spend the time and energy to scam people and steal money instead of finding an honest job. Just had to write since your case sounded so similar to mine. I really hope you also receive your deserved refund.
That is the exact same piece of crap I received from them, filed with PayPal and I had to file an online scam criminal report before PayPal would do anything. It is still under review and they keep pushing the final date out. I would call PayPal directly and state that the item received was vastly different from what you ordered. Also, the company I filed the criminal complain with was The Internet Crime Complaint Center (www.ic3.gov)

Ordered July 16 Nintendo Switch, payment listed as paypal but was through credit card. Have not received anything and there has been no response to my emails, and can’t locate a phone number. Obviously a fraud. Ripped off. Karma will come back on them.
My daughter made a Purchase for a refurbished Nintendo Switch on June 17, 2020, with her new debit card, $199.99. She has not received the item or a refund. I have emailed them several times with no response. Her receipt said Paypal receipt, but paypal has no record of the transaction, so you can’t file a dispute. Terrible for a kid to learn such an expensive lesson.
On 7/8/2020 my husband placed an order for a Nintendo Switch. He then realized it was for a “lite” version and he emailed the company almost immediately to cancel the order. The PayPal receipt says he paid $249.99 to Best Online Shop, and their email address on the receipt is listed as [email protected] He sent several other emails in an attempt to cancel the order and get the money back, but never got a response and no product was ever received. None of the emails he received, including the order confirmation, included a phone number or any sort of customer service “contact us” information. We’ve filed a dispute with our bank and will hopefully be able to recoup the money quickly.
Forgot to mention – the order confirmation and the PayPal receipt both had the wrong state listed on the billing and shipping information – the ZIP code and everything else was right, but the state was completely wrong.

Same Story as the Rest Currently in a Dispute with PayPal. PayPal told me to File an Official Complaint with Law Enforcement and get back with them. I am filing with my Attorney General. Received the same $10 part as other people after waiting a week for them to ship something.

Purchased online…came from China. We had not received product and put in dispute to PayPal. Showed proof of trying to get an answer from seller. They “shipped the product”. Turns out it is not a Nintendo switch console at all. Basically spent $269.99 on plastic in a box the size of an inhaler.

It has now been 3 weeks, and I have not received my product. When you attempt to call the line is always busy. If you email the support email, the same automatic reply is sent each time, stating your order has been received and expect delays. This is a scam. There is no way to reach them, and you will never receive your product.
