Do not order from the company!
I am trying to return my order but they are saying that since there isn’t anything wrong with the suits, I just need to keep them. Like others on here, the tops are too large and the bottoms are too small. They want pictures but I am not sending them pictures of me in their suits. They would probably say they have proof that I was wearing them so it voids the return policy. Grrr! It’s not worth it. Shop Amazon, I have never had any problems returning anything.
I ordered a swimsuit based on their size chart. The top was too big and the bottoms too small. I received the swimsuit on 8/25 and after trying it on, immediately attempted to email them for return instructions since their return policy is 15 days from delivery. After 3 emails, and over a week later, I finally got a response. They wanted to know why I was returning it. Even though that information was sent 3 times, I gave them the information again. I have not gotten any additional response. I emailed AGAIN yesterday, 9/8 as we are now past the 15 days and am still waiting for a response. I will NEVER order from this company again and will be calling my bank to dispute the charge since they won’t honor their own return policy!
This company is a joke! They offer a satisfaction guarantee and a return policy that they will not support. The swimsuits are pure junk, wrongly sized, UNTAGGED, and horrible quality. They are not willing to refund my money and I’m getting the same stupid offers if $5, then $7 etc. I spent over $100 and they want me to take a $5 concession! Infuriating. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM – this is a pure scam from China.
Ordered two swimsuits on May 22, 2020 for a total of $69.55. Didn’t receive items until June 30, 2020. Ordered XL and swimsuits I received were not XL. The waist band of the suits were 29 inches. Needless to say, I have been requesting the return address and a full refund since I received the items. They requested I send photos showing the measurements. I have provided them photos of the swimsuits with a measuring tape showing the sizes but I refuse to provide them photos of my measurements. I believe that is an unreasonable request. They have refused to provide me the return address and a full refund. They have offered me a partial refund of $5, $7, $9, $11 and now $15. They have now informed me I will have to pay $40-$50 to return the swimsuits to China…swimsuits they falsely advertised. The swimsuits came from an address in CA. No where on their website does it state items come from China or are returned to China. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company!
I ordered a bathing suit on June 7 and you immediately took my money. I have heard nothing and planning on reporting you as a fraudulent business!
Ordered 2 swimsuits May 4 order # 10398 paid 69.95 they took money from account as of today June 6 I have heard nothing from them as to my order for two swimsuits I did get reply when they received my order that it was being prepared this order was placed from my iPad and they were advertised on Facebook
