Purchased a product on their website, a couple weeks latter it arrived. Not satisfied with it, reached to process a return and refund. To do that they need a picture of the product. Did it and they reply was the : “Thank you for your email and sorry that we can’t find the problem from the picture you sent. As our return policy, you can return the parcel to us.
We only receive returning parcels in china now and the shipping cost will very expensive and it will spend too much time on the way. So could you please consider to keep it and you can send the product to you friends as a gift

I was checking online to buy a swimsuit and saw this pngage who has what I was looking for. I ordered one swimsuit on 8/12/2020 for $34.13 (including tax) and when I was going to pay with credit card, they only accept PayPal, which I did and placed the order. Two weeks later I received the swimsuit, which I asked for size large, but the size was not compared with US sizes, but with China sizes. I wrote immediately and they asked if I checked their size chart. They don’t have any size chart, but never said they don’t have it. I mentioned them why they sale a merchandise I am buying from US with sizes from US and is from China with the sizes from that region, but never respond that issue. I want to return it and have my money refund, but they said their warehouse is in China, the cost of sending the item is very expensive, so if I accept a partial refund they will send me $4.00. Today I realized this is a scam, since the beginning they will not accept a credit card, they want to have the cash immediately so the customer will not have the opportunity of a chargeback. They didn’t said this organization is from China, because the prices compare to what is sold in US, but now with the virus, all purchases are done online and this people are taking advantage of this. Buying in bulk from China and resale at the price of US, without saying the sizes are from China. This means whoever buy from this people, will loose their money.
