I purchased a swimsuit from Swimfully’s website on May 20, 2019. I was charged $44.28 for a swimsuit. The incorrect swimsuit arrived. Per the Swimfully website information on returns, I contacted customer service to have it replaced. Customer service has emailed me regularly for the last few weeks, stating each time that the cost of returning the product to their warehouse in China would cost me more money than the value of the product. I’ve asked directly, in four separate email to customer service, for the warehouse address to return the product, and am told it’s too expensive for me to pay to mail it back. I’ve been offered a $10 reimbursement for their error, yet their website states "30 day money back guarantee". I’ve pointed this out to the customer service, with no response. I won’t want others to have the same bad experience that I’ve had with this company.

I was looking for swimsuits online when I came upon the website swimfully. I found 2 swimsuits I like and because the website looked legitimate and I was aware of other sites that were similar, I purchased from there. Turns out the business is a scam from China. They take your money and don’t send you anything. They say to go to their Facebook page if you have complaints but they don’t have a Facebook page. Many people have lost money on this account.
