I purchased the function rope back in April 2020. I still havent received it. They took the money from my account in april. I paid through PayPal, so trying to get my money back now. Scam site!

I placed an online order on April 15, 2020 and the amount was charged to my VISA on April 17, 2020. I contacted them several times and they informed me the item had been shipped. After a few months, I contacted them again several times and I said “enough is enough, I still have not received my order. I want you to refund my VISA ASAP for the full amount” They replied back, that they couldn’t refund my amount back, because the order had already been shipped. I still have not received my order and have recently contacted them again. They replied again to say the order had been shipped. This company is a complete SCAM! This is complete fraud and they should be accountable and charged with a huge fine! When you go on Swift Trend’s FB page, you can not post a complaint (they must have postings blocked)! I am disputing this amount with my VISA company. I am sure my VISA company and other VISA companies have had several other disputes regarding Swift Trend. I have kept all of the emails and the order confirmation for my order all for back up.

This site is a scammer. Its a long time I ordered funtion rope from them. I kept on emailing and did follow ups from them. But nothing happened. They were just replied that its on the way to ship the item and its due to covid they had late delivery. Therefore, they are scammer and fooling people. Hope that someday will help us to do some report of this site. Thank you.

Its the same scenario with their buyer of this item. Its been a long time I ordered function rope from them. I Kept on emailing to them and did follow up about it weeks after I ordered from them and I did it until now. But still nothings happened of my order. They were just replied that its on the way to ship out and they asked for apology that its due to covid they had late delivery. Therefore, this site is a bull[censored] scammer, they are fooling people. Hope that somebody will do some action of this site and help us to report and stop them in fooling people.thank you.

This site is a scam, i ordered the Multi-Function Rope PRO × 1 four months ago and never received it. I messaged them to tell them the item did not come and it has been over 4 months. They responded by telling me the item left their wharehouse and i would not receive a refund, even after telling them i did not receive the item.

I have order multi function rope from this guy since April 2020. Never receive the item. They are scam. I hope everyone stay away from thus site.

I placed an order in early April. Like the others, it’s the same scenario. I’ve been emailing since April and get the Covid19 excuses, apologies and claims that they will follow up but still nothing and it is now July. I can’t get my money back because it has supposedly been shipped. This is disheartening.

I ordered something in the middle of March and still have not received it with the same response that due to Covid and they are sorry, but it is on its way. 4 months later and I still do not have the product. I will have to contact my credit card company and have the payment returned. totally a scam.

I too ordered mine in April and kept emailing them and was being sorry it’s in transit well it finally arrived yesterday not only was it broken it’s mAde of some sort of foam

In reading all of these comments, it looks like we’re all in the same situation! I ordered on April 5th and here we are on July 2nd and still no product. I’ve contacted them 3 times with 3-4 weeks in between and received the same response every time. #AnnoyedWithTheseScammers

I am in the same situation. Placed order on April 10, 2020. To date have not received. They said they can’t refund since it shipped and now they don’t even answer any emails.

I ordered a Multi-Function Rope PRO on April 14,2020. When I still had not received it on May 22, 2020 I contacted them and asked for a refund. They emailed me back saying that they could not refund me because it was on its way. It is now June 23, 2020 and still have not received it. Total Scam!

I also ordered mine on April 24. And after much agitation, I received it July 8th. Glad I received it but the product is crap!

I am in the same situation. Is there anything we can do about that?

I’m having the same problem. And I’m getting the same response. This is a total scam. I’ve ordered the Rope on 04/21/20 and as of today 06/24/20, I keep getting the same response, “its on its way” and they can’t refund me my money because its in shipment… But the shipment & tracking number they’ve provided me has no real tracking info. It just says China.. TOTAL FRAUD.

I ordered a Multi rope from Swift Trend/ Gold club S.R.l on the beginning of April 2020. Price $26.92. When my order wasn’t here in a month or so, I contacted their support team via email and someone emailed me back, and informed me that my order has been shipped. I totally forgot about that order, until I reviewed my bank statements and here it is June. Still nothing. They took the money out of my account after I contacted their support team.

I ordered mine on 4/7. It’s 6/29. Still no order. I have emailed their customer support and get that I should receive my order in 10 days. I should have ordered thru Amazon.

I ordered resistance bands on 4/12/2020 and it’s 6/17/2020 and I haven’t received it. Tried cancelling on numerous attempts, but was emailed that I can’t cancel because it’s been shipped. Asked for update and they keep replying it will arrive in the “next few days”. Horrible service.

I ordered a multi function rope on 4/12/20 it is now 6/16/20 and still have not received it. I have emailed them a couple of times and they said that they can’t refund my money because the item has already been shipped. I paid through Paypal and I can’t get any tracking information. I can’t believe that I didn’t check out these reviews before I ordered it. This is a scam. They should be shut down.

I experienced the same thing they are scammers and they should be shut down, they will not return my money, they just keep saying it in transit, and it’s not in transit anymore. And it would be I don’t was on my 30 bucks.

I ordered a rope on 4/14/2020 and have yet to receive it. I emailed them and they blame the delay on COVID19. I asked for a refund and they told me they can not refund my money because its been shipped. (STILL WAITING) I was provided with a tracking number that belongs to the clouds because you can not track it through USPS. I just emailed them today and told them to refund my money like the website says and now the page disappeared. I filed a claim with bank/PayPal and currently writing to the BBB to report them. These scammers need to be SHUT DOWN!

Ordered a few items 2 months now 6/7/2020. Nothing yet emailed and reply is here are your tracking #’s and due to covd it may take longer than usual. Will request refund after reading this reviews but appears that may not help.

I had the same experience. My rope never showed up and they said it’s been shipped and won’t give me a refund. I ordered it on April 12 and it says it been at a Chinese airport for 23 days. This company is a SCAM!

Please somebody shut this company down, they have robbed so many and it’s not fair. I ordered an exercise rope the 2nd week of April and despite my many emails they keep telling me that it’s already shipped, upon till now as of June 5th I have not received anything. Someone please look into this and stop SWIFT TREND they are hurting the pockets.

I didn’t get mine either. I can’t get ahold of anyone. I want my money back too! I am really getting tired of people doing this to us. they said it was shipped and now nothing never to hear from them again. They need to have a registry for this kind of thing before they can sell stuff so they can’t dissapear on us.

The same thing happened to me, I ordered a rope April 14 and it shipped the next day but it’s been over a month and I havent recieved it yet. I google translated what the tracking website said and the last thing it said was that it was in a center Guangzhou May 14 but there have been no updates since. I emailed them but they don’t respond.

What can we do legally?

I just opened a claim on pay pal and I’m hoping they can give me a refund.

The same situation here too.I was ordered online too April 11 until now i didn’t receive the items until now. I emailed theme 3 times they said because of covid the shipment delayed:-(. Isn’t possible to ask the bank to return our money.. This is totally scam..

I inquired about an item via an Instagram ad from swift Trend to see if it was made it the US. They stayed it was. I purchased the $20 product from Swift Trend through the ad on Instagram on 4/15/20. I received an email stating the product shipped on 4/16/20. It is still [censored]ting in China. Even though they stayed it was made in the US. Now they will not refund me the money and said since it already shipped they is nothing they can do. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A SCAM!

Same here! You can’t even track the order! But meanwhile they keep saying in their email it will come next week, yeah right!

Ordered a pet hair removal roller 2 months ago and paid for it immediately. Still have not received it. They provided a tracking number which is useless as it does not update and is in Chinese. Despite multiple attempts to reach them via email, I received only one generic response; “it’s on its way!” I want a refund, however, they will not respond to that request either! Buyer beware with this company!
