I have a collections account for UFC gym that I did sign up for in 2015. I initially contacted the company through my Credit Karma app and the phone number recorded, is not a working number. I looked it up on the internet and noticed that BBB had their contact information. I happened to read the reviews and all were very similar complaints, even the most recent reviews. I called the number provided by BBB and the outcome turned out the same as what I had read on the reviews. I had a gentleman answer in a very unprofessional manner, when I asked him about my account and the sum that I owed, he responded with "Well what does Credit Karma show you owe?" I responded with an amount, and he stated "well that’s close enough". I requested to speak to someone else and he rudely placed me on hold and I was on hold for about 6 minutes before I hung up. I’m not too happy that this kind of company has my information. I hope to have my dispute reviewed and resolved.
