A Frank Morgan called my client and informed her that she won a house located at 3611 Kua’aina street kalaheo, Hi 96741. He did ask for money for a bank fee in the amount of 125.00. He called me on messenger to inform me about winning a lottery in the megamillions and it was a house. He wants my client to meet him at 1032 fort street Mall. When i looked it up, its a walmart and he told my client that he has a office that was recently built. Im informing my client that its a scam, but because she is homeless and she wants move out so bad, she is willing to listen to anything. she is a 74 yr. old fijian lady. I believe this scam. I have been texting him pretending to be my client in hopes that he will come and meet here near the shelter, but he has not responded. He also reported to my client that he has 82,000.00 to give me and that i need to meet him to sign house papers and deeds.
