man called saying his name is Gary Cooper from (I could not understand the company name). Mr Cooper says every month Medicare gives them names to choose for winning money and I am a winner. I have won 2.5 milliion dollars and a rolls royce. Mr Cooper verified the spelling of my name and said they held out the taxes on the 2.5 million and all I have to do is give them $1700 fee and they will send the prize money to me. Mr Cooper was hard to understand-almost mumbling company name and I had to ask him various times to repeat himself. I told him early in the call this is a scam and he said no, he is just doing his job. When he said I only had to pay $1700 I told him it was a scam and hung up. He did not call me back. I called him back at 910-714-7042 and a man’s voice asked "who is this?". I hung up.
