Type of a scam Employment
Received fake check and letter in mail to become secret shopper. Check was for 2900.00 and I was to keep 400.00 for skate and buy 2500.00 in Walmart gift cards. I was to deposit check for 2900.00 in my account and buy the Walmart gift cards with cash or my credit card. They wanted me to send pictures of the Walmart gift cards as proof I bought them but then would use the numbers on the cards and spend the money. Then bank would call days later and at check is fraudulent !
