I placed an order on line. Afew days later I recieved a conformation email stating my order had been received and they gave me a order number. Payment was imnediately taken from card. After not hearing anything from the company after the shipping date passed I emailed the company. I received a return email saying the irder was lost by usps but the won’t admit to it so new order was sent out last week (he said but he would’nt have known Ididnt receive it).he added a new confirmation number that was 32 digits long. He said you will get this one for sure. The email was in broken language. After waiting for second shipmenr to arrive I tried to call the company and the phone number is non-working.
