My girlfriend recieved unusual charges on her account. After investigating with her bank charges were reversed as she did not make them. Shortly after the product that was "ordered" showed up in our mail. She phoned the company to complain and they repeatedly tried to sell her more. She further explained the situation and yet they still tried to sell her the product. Their lack of empathy and complete abandonment of customer service leads us to believe they may have been behind the initial fraud charges in the first place and when the product arrives they try to sell you more.
