On Facebook an ad came up selling 30 Green Coffee extract and Garcinia pills for $4.95 and $5.95 each. The next month I received a charge on my credit card for $89.70 for each to total $179.40. I called and asked what the charges were for and they said that it is the total price for the pills that I got in December. They claimed that when I purchased the pills in December that I check on agreeing to terms and conditions that I would pay the full price for the pills if I did not cancel in 30 days. I did not see anything like that in the terms and conditions and they will not let me return the unopened pills now. I asked if they would they have let me return the pills within the 30 day period and they said no..that the terms and conditions said that if I bought at the low price in December that I agreed to pay the full price in 30 days.

Supreme Fit Garcinia advertised free sample trial for shipping cost only of $4.95. At check-out, I could not check out without paying also for sample trial of Green Coffee for another shipping charge of $5.95. Samples arrived and 2 weeks later my charge card is being charged $89.47 for the Garcinia and $87.47 for the Green Coffee. I was being charged for the samples or else automatically signed up without my permission for continuing shipments. Not one word of this arrangement was in the advertisement. The key word here is without my knowledge or authorization, it was presented as a free sample with shipping charges only. This it totally unethical. Talking with my credit card company, they said this is being done a lot by these companies and suggested I block that credit card and have a new one reissued so no further charges could be taken from it, which I did. I called Fit Garcinia and demanded they refund the money. After some heated arguing, they offering to refund 10%, then 20%, 30% then 50%- after demanding without backing down on my part for a 100% refund, they said 100% would be refunded. I received an email saying that those amounts had been credited back to my card, which I am waiting to see if it actually happens.
