Type of a scam Tech Support
Someone called me this afternoon identifying themselves as the BBB asking why I was asking for a refund from a tech support company. When I explained why he wanted me to give him access to my computer which I was reluctant to do. He then gave me the phone number listed above but I believe it was himself who answered the same phone. His original call came through as Anonymous, private caller and he had the typical accent of a tech support person.
