Type of a scam Tech Support

I was contacted in ***, 2017, by pop-up on my computer and by phone, saying that my computer was running very slowly (which it was) because of viruses detected. The man led me to believe it was Microsoft, and I foolishly gave him control of my computer. He asked for some other personal information and a check/transfer to protect my computer for a length of time. Again, I was foolish enough to provide info…but then said I would have my son-in-law, a computer engineer, take a look at my computer. He ended the call rather quickly. I then went immediately to my credit union to advise them of what I’d done, and cancelled a couple credit cards. I had no further problems. Then yesterday, *** ** 2017, I got a phone call from a fellow whose English was barely understandable (Indian/Asian) who said his name was Gary Watson! And that the ScamPulse.com had closed their tech. system down temporarily and that he was refunding me the fee (which I know they never received), and he instructed me to turn on my computer for him. I told him I was out shopping and had no access to my computer…so he said he’d call back TOMORROW afternoon, about ***  I have no intention of speaking with him, but will note the phone number from my answering machine’s missed call selection, and will forward you the number. He said he was from Support Sapien. and since then the "agent" from Support Sapien has called NUMEROUS times, but the number is blocked, and no message is left. I’ve been called repeatedly on my cell phone and on my land line.
