I contacted a breeder to buy a Boston Terrier Puppy on line. Free shipping was offered. I sent money via Western Union. On the day of delivery I was contacted by, the shipper that a special crate was needed and I needed to send $1,500. for a special crate. They said the money, which had to be in cash, would be refunded upon delivery. I said I was not going to do that. I contacted the breeder to ask for a refund. The breeder was not able to be found
