We were worked with an individual identifying himself as "Jeff Smith" who represented himself as an AKC-affiliated breeder of French Bulldogs with the kennel Super Hero Frenchies. We now believe that his real name is "Tyler Bober." Immediately after purchasing a puppy from Jeff/Tyler, the dog presented with numerous digestive symptoms and lethargy. Jeff/Tyler assured us that it was merely a function of the dog changing homes. Five days after purchase, multiple veterinary appointments and an ultrasound uncovered that the dog was stricken with multiple congenital digestive disorders, rendering it with an inability to digest solid food. When we attempted to contact Jeff/Tyler about exercising the health guarantee in the sales contract, he ignored days of texts, voicemails, and other messages, before ultimately disconnecting his phone. We have no way to reach him at this point. We also determined that the AKC registrations and other paperwork that Jeff/Tyler provided in connection with the sale were fraudulent.
