I would have to pay $10.00 shipping and handling for a American Prosperity Systems Opportunity Library Program start up packet. I can call 425-440-5100, pin code 398882#, for a special conference call on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They claim they sell self help products. This sounds like a pyramid scheme to me.
