Type of a scam Credit Cards
I accidentally ordered a product from this company on December 31st. I immediately called the company and they said they can’t find my order and to call back on the 1st. I called and spoke to a representative Sam. He stated that he still can’t find my order. This continued for two more days. l noticed the charged my credit card. I called again on the 4th and spoke with Miranda and she said that she cant find my account and to send a fax of the charges. I sent it in. I also sent a email with the problem and to cancel it. I called on the 10th and spoke to a Manager, who stated you need to call the number on the charge, which i did. He did not want to hear about it and hung up. I received the product that i tried to cancel that day and still have the credit card charges. I have copies of the dates, times of the calls and emails pertaining to this.
