Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I saw a sale on Rothy’s shoes on a Facebook ad. I thought it was the authentic Rothy’s site, which I have ordered from before. It looked exactly the same. I had ordered from Rothy’s through Facebook before.
I placed the order on Tuesday, August 11th at 6:48pm EST. I immediately received a text to confirm my order, which Rothy’s doesn’t do. I realized it was a fraudulent account. I sent emails to cancel my order at 7:00pm, 7:26pm, and 11:24pm. I responded to the texts immediately to cancel the order. I wrote emails again on 8/12 and 8/14. I filled out the online form on their site, which guarantees they will respond within 24 hours. I filled it out three times.
They never responded to anything. I reported this to my bank. I want my money back. I want them to never contact me again. I want them to delete my personal information. I am scared what they have done with it. I don’t want any products from this company.
I want to file a claim against them but I cannot find a location for them, so I am unsure how to do it through your site.
