I went back to suddenlink to try again with there service again, they are absolutely horrible, I had become a new customer again and i wanted the internet service so i went online and signed up i wanted to use my own modem so i bought one that suddenlink recommended . So the tech showed up an was here for hours did not get my internet up. He said it was something in the system told us he will be back in 15 minutes or a few hours well he never came back so i turned it off and turned it back on and it started working but i’m only getting 1.06 Mbps and i’m paying for 400.00 Mbps???

I called several times no help they want to send some one out but they said i could be charged for the service call

How do charge someone if you are a new customer with free installation. They never finished the job!

This is a scam to me with false advertising!
