Type of a scam Online Purchase
I discovered Justin Kess and Sublime Graphics and Print via Facebook post in a local networking group. I reached out to Mr. Kess in which we discussed the project that needed to be completed which was a trade show package. I paid him a $175 deposit via paypal to get the graphics designed. He emailed me a "mock-up" of what the finished product was going to look like, I approved and he then said that he was going to send the files off to the printer to be completed. He promised me a 7-10 turnaround time, it has been 6 weeks and nothing was shown. He does not reply to emails or phone calls. If he does happen to pick up the phone when you call, he gives a bunch of excuses as to why the work has not been completed. After doing some research on the BBB website, it appears that he has done this on multiple occasions. He is targetting small businesses, promising them products and not following through. Luckily I was able to get all of my money back because I filed a dispute with PayPal.
