I am currently experiencing being a victim of their scam. I knew something was wrong within a couple of days of placing my order. Their tracking option requires access to your inbox. And they do not reply to your e-mails. I have filed a dispute with my bank and have demanded an immediate refund. [censored]!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

On October 17, 2019 I ordered a dress from Style Fashion Forever. On October 19 I sent an email to the company asking when would I receive my dress because I never received a ship date, just a confirmation that I ordered the dress. On October 25th I sent another email letting them know that I never heard from them and that I needed the dress for an event that had already passed. On October 26 they finally responded and said the dress was out of stock, even though I was able to purchase that size and style. They said in the same email, they could cancel and give a full refund if that is what I wanted. I responded back on October 27th that I would like the order to be cancelled and to give a full refund. Then on October 28th, they told me the refund would take 3-5 business days. On November 6th, I sent another email stating that I had not received my refund and to let me know when I would receive it. On November 7, Style Fashion replies to let me know they refunded me but it was credited to PayPal even though I paid for the dress through Style Fashion not PayPal. I even contacted PayPal on November 7 to double check and as expected they don’t have a transaction history for me because I didn’t pay using them. I now send another email on November 7th to StyleFashion to ask for my refund to be put back on the card I used. I sent another email on November 8th because I have not heard from them since October 28th and they state they have 24/7 customer service. The last email I sent was on November 12 stating that I have not received my refund and that I would like for it to be credited back to my card. I feel like I have been overly patient with this company. They have failed to uphold their end of business. All I want is my refund credited back to my card.
