Student Loan Care

Colleen – Jul 07, 2020

Like the others mentioned, I have been scammed. I paid the 1414.00 through Equitable Acceptance off, and I was able to contact someone anytime I needed them from 2017 up until May 2020. In May, I had a question regarding my loans and going back to school. I received a call and e-mail back from Mark Arimura. Normally, I speak with Billy and Victor Nguyen. However, on last week right before the 4th of July, I tried calling them and none of the numbers or emails work. I tried again today, July 7, as I am trying to purchase a home and need some information, and still nothing. They need to pay,.

Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

When he called me my phone security said harassment and this number has been reported 3 times already. That scared me enough to look further into this company. My student loan provider said his company is not recognized by the department of education so he can not consolidate all my student loans nor give me debt forgiveness through some old Obama act. He also got into my fafsa by asking for my pin to "help me" set one up which he(victor Nguyen) should of never asked for! Plus he ran my credit because without permission!
