Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

I received in the mail a "final notice" (this was the first mail i had ever received from this particular organization) about possible student loan debt consolidation from a legitimate governmental site, nslds.ed.gov. Filled with grandiose language and alluring possibilities in the first two paragraphs, they go on to say to go create a new FSA ID and to call their experts by 10/2/2020. All of the top portion looks official and legitimate, until you get to the fine print at the bottom. they say they are not affiliated with any government agencies, and are a fee based application assistance entity that only charges fees for their preparation and counsel services. I feel as though this is extraordinarily underhanded and misleading, as nowhere do they actually state their business name, email, or correspondence address (save for Sacramento, CA). With the glittering promise of saving "…thousands of dollars a year" it seems to me to be too good to be true, and offers no guarantees or likelihood percentage of people who would actually save money. Beware the fine print.
