Total money lost $3,000

Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

I initially heard about Student Loan Advocacy Group through a financial planner about managing student loan debt. Initially I spoke with someone named Chase C***, but then he “got transferred” and I was speaking with someone named Donald G***. It took months to process my loan, I didn’t get any response after I needed to update my loan because of having a child and change in family size, I made multiple emails and phone calls without response (every phone number I have goes to a lab answering machine; no one has ever actually answered my calls directly), and eventually I just contacted my loan services and applied for myself. I’m paying for services that are not being provided. I cancelled my autopay for services because no services were being provided. I’ve received emails about going into collections and have tried to contact them with no response.

On 01/12/17 I received a call at my work cel number *** from the Student Loan Advisor Group. They offered to reduced my student loan on a 75% thanks to a loan forgiveness program that the department of education has. I heard about the offered and after I was agreed provided my social security number, driver license, address, personal cel number, email and 2 personal references with address and phone number. Also they have the name of the company for that I work for and their contact number. They asked for $879 for processing fees that I started to pay gave them my ATM number with security number that they took 100 initial dollars. Then we agreed to pay by weekly the rest of the 879 plus in February 15, 2017 I will start to pay $39 per 300 months until i finish to pay by student loan. They send me via email the papers agreement that i signed online but that I have with me and adding to this complain. Also they send other email asking for my last 2 tax returns and 1040s. However these papers I’m not going to send due to I realized it was a scam after I revise your web site BBB.org. Please help me.
